This online workshop marks the last of a series of five talks which aim to take a deep dive into the question of ‘what is human rights?’ and the big human rights topics that we face in Australia in 2020; health, racism, and the media.
In this workshop, Psychologist Kim Slender will discuss the way our brains work to identify difference and how this can become prejudice. We will also reflect on the key themes from the course and how we can make meaning from what we have learned.
This session will allow some time for questions with Kim, and discussions in small break-out groups.
