$15.00
Monday 24 August
7pm
Tickets $15
This online talk marks the fourth of a series of five talks which aim to take a deep dive into the question of ‘what is human rights?’ and the big human rights topics that we face in Australia in 2020; health, racism, and the media.
In this talk, Physician and Health Journalist Dr Norman Swan and Gaimaragal’s Founding Director Susan Moylan Coombs will explore what health inequality is and how it has played out in Australia in 2020, with a particular focus on the impacts of COVID-19 on different communities.
Dr Swan and Susan will attempt to answer questions around how we address this inequality and close the gap.
Join us at our other human rights talks:

31 August: Looking Back, Pushing Forward
