This online talk marks the first of a series of five talks which aim to take a deep dive into the question of ‘what is human rights?’ and the big human rights topics that we face in Australia in 2020; health, racism, and the media.
To begin the exploration of these complex questions as well as lived experiences, human rights advocate Nyadol Nyuon and Professor of Sociology and Social Policy Danielle Celermajer will discuss key moments in the developments of human rights and some highlighted incidents in 2020.
