Richard Cohen is the academic director of the Israel Center of Research Excellence for the study of cultures of place in the modern Jewish world. He is the former Paulette and Claude Kelman Chair at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Professor Cohen’s visit to Australia has been sponsored by the Sir Zelman Cowen Universities Fund.
