In 2025, things will look a little different here. Soon, we will commence building works on a state-of-the-art museum that celebrates Jewish life alongside the Holocaust.
Whilst we remain open for schools, the last day for the general public to visit our exhibitions before we close is Sunday 12 January.

The Holocaust
Located over three levels, this exhibition traces the persecution and murder of European Jews from 1933 to 1945.
The exhibition also recounts the new lives forged by Holocaust survivors following their arrival in Australia and their contribution to the rich, multicultural fabric of contemporary Australian life. Find out more

This two-day fully NESA-accredited Teacher Professional Development course will give history teachers the chance to enhance their classroom practice of HSC Modern History core unit of study, Power and Authority in the Modern World 1919-1946.

During this intensive study day, students will engage with the core issues in the History Extension syllabus. Workshops will assist students in developing their ideas for the Investigative Project and considering the four key questions of History Extension.
A powerful new antisemitism resource
We are proud to share a powerful new resource developed by our team of Educators, Historians and Curators. This is an important project aimed at addressing a pressing issue – the rise of hatred against Jewish people in Australia and across the globe.
For this reason, we created an online platform that contains a thorough, research-based exploration of the history of antisemitism, how it manifests in contemporary society, and practical strategies to combat it.
We hope that having this as a resource, you will feel equipped and empowered to notice, question and stand up to hate when you see or hear it.
