The Sydney Jewish Museum is proud to launch Don’t Cry, Dance: A Memoir of War, Love & Forgiveness by Nina Angelo.
This book is a memoir that combine’s Nina’s life with the tapestry of experiences of her mother and father, both Holocaust survivors. Her parents, Alberto and Janka, first met in Auschwitz. This book is an exploration of their stories intertwined with their lives in Australia.
Nina is an artist and a storyteller. She adds her story to her parents’ to leave a lasting memory for her children and grandchildren, and for future generations.
Resident Historian of the Museum, Emeritus Professor Konrad Kwiet, will officially launch the book.
This is a free event but bookings are essential.
