Calling for Guide Volunteers
Generation to Generation (G2G) 2026 – Guide Course – Registrations Open
Would you like to become a guide at the Sydney Jewish Museum (SJM)?
Now is your chance to participate in G2G 2026, the essential prerequisite course to be eligible to guide at the Museum.
Guiding is at the heart of the Museum education program, helping to show students and visitors the Museum’s rich objects and stories.
This guide course will prepare participants to guide in 2027 when SJM will open our new Museum for Contemporary Jewish Life making this a very exciting time to join our guiding team. In addition to learning to guide our core Holocaust exhibition, G2G 2026 participants will also learn how to guide our amazing new galleries learning about Jewish history, Jewish culture, and Jewish life in Australia.
To be eligible to guide at the Museum participants need to complete the full 2-stage course.
