What does it mean to resist the Nazis, and what forms of resistance were possible?
In limiting ourselves to the events of the 1930s, this seminar looks at a variety of different examples of resistance (both by those who were marginalised, as well as by those who were members of the majority culture) with a view to exploring what enabled people to resist, and why more people didn’t do so.
