As part of the Sydney Writers’ Festival we are proud to present a moving and dynamic presentation by five Holocaust survivors who have published their stories: Paul Drexler, Olga Horak OAM, George Sternfeld, Dasia Black and Peter Nash.
Acclaimed Australian author Diane Armstrong will deliver the opening address and introduce the survivors.
Each of the presenting survivors has written and published a memoir based on their experiences prior, during and after the Holocaust, and their unique stories of survival. They will talk about why it was important to them to write their memoir, ensuring that the history of the Holocaust is not forgotten.
You will be inspired by their courage and determination.
