Remember Me is a unique opportunity to hear a personal account of the Holocaust by a Survivor. Our November speaker is Gaby de Leon.
“I was born in Belgrade, ex-Yugoslavia on the 13th July 1927.In the early days of the occupation, I survived two nearly fatal incidences and subsequently spent almost four years as a Jewish internee in Italy.”
“The Holocaust was a genocide of apocalyptic proportions and was conceived and executed by members of civilized societies. I hope my story will inspire people to react to injustices and reject being bystanders. ” – Gaby de Leon.
