The Sydney Jewish Museum Community Stories invites you to attend the Rosalind Sharbanee Meyer Writers Award.
Rosalind’s first book related the story of her son’s battle with schizophrenia and his eventual suicide in 2004. She established this award in his memory. Her book Rosie’s War was awarded first prize in the Society of Women Writers of NSW.
Guest Speaker: Dr Lesley Russell – the Menzies Foundation Fellow at Sydney
University and a Research Associate at the US Studies Centre, a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for American Progress and Policy Advisor to Julia Gillard.
